Book Hold: Use this option when a book is checked out and you would like the book held for you upon its return.

Book Recall: A request for a library book which has been checked out to be returned as soon as possible. (Only an option for items in Art and Music Libraries. For other libraries, use Interlibrary Loan and indicate in the Notes field that the book is checked out.)

Search: Use this option if the book is not located where Minerva says it is.

Claims Returned: Use this option when a book is charged to your account which you believe you have already returned. (See Circulation Policies for more information.)

Using the information available in Minerva, fill out the form as completely as possible. **Starred fields are required.
