It will take you with an easy click to the thousands of electronically accessible journal articles, books, and guides to specific subjects available from the Libraries Web page. The University Libraries have an online subscription to the Chicago Manual of Style which includes a searchable version of the manual as well as the Chicago Style Q&A.
Woodblocks from John P. Morton and Co., a historic Louisville-based book publisher, are on display in the small cases on the first floor of the new wing opposite the circulation desk in Ekstrom Library. Morton and Co. published books on all subjects and specialized in health sciences and children's books. Accompanying prints were made by Nathalie Andrews, director of the Portland Museum, made the prints that are displayed. Robert Doherty, former head of fine arts, obtained the woodblocks for UofL when Morton and Co. was closing.

The Ainslie Hewett Bookplate Collection (http://digital.library.louisville.edu/collections/hewett/ ) features Gothic and heraldic bookplates designed by Louisville native (George) Ainslie Hewett (1880-1963) for notable Louisville residents, as well as for clients across the United States.
