The new Ovid interface will appear on your computer screens on Monday, August 1st. 

Please note that the new versions will retain all of your current saved settings and customizations; you will not have to re-create these on August 2nd. 

In the meantime, if you haven’t already done so, check out what’s coming by clicking on the Try it now! button, located at the top of your screen in OvidSP and Nursing@Ovid.

Attention medical students, residents, and dental students!

A new feature has been added to the Exam Master Online system: Flashcards. You will find this feature available once you log in to your account, in the list of buttons on the left. Select "Flashcards" and you will find the ability to create individual flashcards and also file them into flashcard groups.

An email delivery service for the tables of contents of the journals you depend on to stay current in your field is simple and easy to arrange.  Just send a list of the journal titles whose tables of contents you would like to recieve to Michel Atlas at mcatlas@louisville.edu  Please include the email address to which you would like these to be sent.  Michel will set up the service for you and let you know if any of your titles do not  provide this service.  New titles can be added or discontinue at any time.

The Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) annually publishes an immunization schedule for persons aged 0 through 18 years that summarizes recommendations for currently licensed vaccines for children aged 18 years and younger and includes recommendations in effect as of December 15, 2009

The National Library of Medicine has announced the launch of Mobile MedlinePlus (http://m.medlineplus.gov/). A new user interface that will make MedlinePlus more functional for moblile devices.  It is available in English and Spanish. (http://m.medlineplus.gov/spanish) and includes a subset of the full website that is optimized for moblie devices.
